We hired Bryson with Stone Draft Homes to remodel our main floor and kitchen and finish our basement. We could not be more thrilled with the outcome of the project and as important, really appreciated the entire process. What sold us on Stone Draft Homes was seeing an actual clients house and the attention to detail and craftsmanship of a project and also reviewing and understanding a very detailed and transparent estimate. Every line item in the estimate is thoroughly explained and that was very helpful in understanding what we were paying for. Bryson Clark and Stone Draft Homes finished our basement, built new lockers in our garage, added an exterior door to our garage and completed numerous other remodeling projects in our home. I contracted with Stone Draft Homes to rework some damaged Dry Wall and to tile approximately 100 sq.ft of tile in my finished basement as well as tiling approximately 32 sq.ft in my guest bathroom. They did an outstanding job of tiling these areas and Bryson's team was equally excellent in completing the dry wall repair. Bryson and his crews are extremely pleasant to work with. Bryson is very knowledgeable and explained everything that was needed to be done to achieve a professional look. The crews kept the work areas very clean and always left them that way when they left for the day. Their charges were very reasonable and they completed the jobs in a timely manner. Stone Draft Homes did a major remodel job on our bathroom. We told Stone Draft Homes what we wanted to accomplish. Remove shower, remove jetted tub, and build a very large walk-in shower with no visible threshold. They searched the world over to help us accomplish this chore. The biggest issue was locating the drainage system we needed to have a smooth entry without any hindrance and still keep the water within the shower area. We also redesigned the counter top, adding granite and vessels in place of the old wash basins. They did a wonderful job in the design stage and then did a beautiful job in all areas of the construction stages. In addition to excellent workmanship - - - - at the end of the day they always cleaned up the work space to the point that you could feel very comfortable entering and utilizing the area. We can without hesitation recommend Stone Draft Homes for your home building and remodeling jobs.

In February I sent out a request for recommendations for a kitchen contractor via our Nextdoor.com neighborhood web site. We received several names and I invited four to come and talk about our project. From these four, Bryson Clark from Stone Draft Homes, turned out to be the contractor that we chose to work with. Bryson’s bid was on track with other quotes, and he helped us to make some tough decisions when needing to stay on budget. His timetable fit in with our schedule, and he and his team were ready to roll when the time came to start the project. Speaking of his team… cabinet guys, drywall repair, painters, plumber, tiler, electricians…every one of them a true professional. They were problem solvers, excellent craftsmen, unflappable, polite, careful and mindful of our home, cleaned up each day, and were very considerate. Bryson met with each one every day to discuss the requirements, then came back during and at the end of each day to check on the work. He also personally installed a pretty nifty puck light panel over our kitchen sink. We were so impressed with Bryson and his team that we’ve already booked him to do some concrete work in our yard. I have worked with Bryson Clark since the summer of 2006. At that time my wife and I engaged Bryson for the purpose of designing and building a custom pergola and roof to cover an existing patio and deck. Bryson was masterful in rendering three options from which we could choose. Once selected he prepared a price break out to show precisely where expenditures would be made and despite the fact we went on vacation the project proceeded as planned. Bryson's attention to detail and desire to "do it the right way" have allowed us to enjoy our beautiful back yard space for the past nine years.
